Eclipse AVN5502D. One of Fujitsu-Ten's first car audio products to use lead free solder.
■ 3 decks (DVD / CD / MD) are integrated into 2DIN. The cost performance has been further improved by enhancing the functions and reviewing the price.
■ Popular “touch control” that can be easily operated by touching the screen directly
■ Compatible with CD-R / RW * CD-R / RW that has not been finalized cannot be played. MP3s cannot be played.
■ Supports MDLP. It is possible to play MDLP with 4 CDs recorded in stereo on 1 MD. Also, with the built-in group management function, when the songs on the disc are recorded in groups, the title display for each group and random playback within the group are supported. * (Note) The group management function may not be available depending on the recording device used.
■ Plays powerful music “50W x 4 amplifier”
■ Supports 3 media VICS (sold separately: VIX102) Supports 3 levels / 3 media VICS by adding an optional 2 media VICS unit to the built-in FM-VICS. It enables PRGS (Positive route guidance system) that automatically re-searches for congestion avoidance routes
■ Supports ETC. Equipped with a function to link with the separately sold unit (ETC101). At tollhouses that have introduced ETC on the highway, the payment fee will be displayed on the screen and notified by voice when passing. You can also check the history of charges used on the screen.
■ More compact “Film TV antenna” The film antenna attached to the inside of the windshield, which has been adopted since the 2001 model, has been improved to be compact. The number of films has been reduced from the conventional 4 to 2 while the separated selector and amplifier have been reduced to. While maintaining the reception sensitivity, the installation has been simplified and the visibility has been improved.
■ Supports “10-key remote control” that can be operated from the rear seat (sold separately: RMC101)
■ Can be connected to a CD auto changer (sold separately: E7707NAC, E5509CDC) or MD changer (sold separately: E3308MDC )
